Free consultation and customised quote

Each installation project kicks off with a free consultation with one of our experts, which takes place at your property or our showroom. We use this time to gain an understanding of your needs, take any measurements and make observations about your particular building structure. After the appointment, our technician puts together a customised recommendation and quotation for your project.

Installation

If you accept our recommendation and choose to work with Climate, we will ask for a 30% deposit to commence the work. We can usually install your product two weeks after receiving your deposit.

Our team of fully qualified installers performs all installations. We try to be as clean, tidy, and safety conscious as possible during the installation process. Our installers will explain to you what disruptions you can expect during the day and any potential hazards.

Once installation of your system is complete and certified as safe to use, we will explain how to use your new system and provide you with an instruction manual. If you have any concerns or questions after installation, you are always welcome to call us for help.

After installation, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount. Payment in full is required within seven days of the tax invoice date.

Maintenance

Regular servicing of your system ensures validity of the warranty and helps prevent small issues from becoming big ones. Climate’s comprehensive asset management system allows us to keep track of all systems and appliances installed at your place. This system allows us to accurately track upcoming service dates so nothing is ever missed.

If your system breaks down or is not operating correctly, we can send one of our technicians out to fix it. If your appliance is still under warranty from the manufacturer, we will help you understand the terms of your warranty and invoice you accordingly. All installation workmanship performed by Climate is guaranteed to be free from defects or errors for twelve months following the installation date.
